Returns & Refunds Policy

• Introduction:

  Thank you for shopping with Amethyst River Crystals, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return of an item.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. This includes being unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

• Types of Returns:

  • Refunds: You can receive a refund to your original method of payment for eligible returns.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are not available.

  • Items Damaged in Shipping: You must contact us within 1 business day to report an item damaged in shipping. A photo and a description of the damage will be required.

  • Please contact us immediately about any concerns regarding damage at amethystrivercrystals@gmail.com and/or (530) 475-4484.

• How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to amethystrivercrystals@gmail.com or visit www.amethystrivercrystals.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Ship Item: Package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to,

• Return Shipping:

  • For Defective/Damaged Items: Return shipping is free, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

  • For All Other Returns: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    NOTE: There will be a restocking fee of 20% or $10, whichever is greater.

• Processing Time:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. Refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

• Exceptions:

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Personalized items and custom designs.

    • Clearance items.

      • SOME CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY HAVE EXISTING DAMAGE AND ARE SOLD AS-IS.

    • Items marked as "final sale" or similar.
